ND Second Annual Ascot Trip (Jun 20, 2009)

Please Join the ND Club of London for the Second Annual Day at Ascot for the Championship Saturday of the Royal Ascot!  

So, Ladies don your hats and join us for what promises to be a very unique “London” experience!

Due to the overwhelming success of our last Day at Ascot, we have joined with Boston College, Georgetown and Northwestern to host a "tailgate party" prior to the final Saturday of Royal Ascot.

Details of finding the tailgate will follow on the day, so please provide a current email address and mobile number!

We will host the pre-race Tailgate Party in Car Park 8 starting at 9:45am. 

Tickets for the tailgate party are GBP 15 for Adults and GBP 7 for Children (under 10) and will include food, soft drinks, some beer and wine (if you are particular or want a lot, please feel free to bring your own choice).  Amateur betting advice will also be available! ;-)  This is a lot of fun for singles, couples and families alike.  

Gates to car parks open at 9.00am. Racecourse opens at 10.30am. Royal Procession takes place at approximately 2pm on all five days of Royal Ascot. Racing begins at approximately 2.30pm. Racing ends at approximately 5.30pm. Grandstand Admission racegoers are invited to join in the singing around the bandstand, a daily Royal Ascot tradition. 6pm for half an hour.  

WHEN: Saturday June 20, 2009, 9:30 am.

WHERE: Ascot Racecourse, easily accessible by train or car.  PRE EVENT TAILGATE CAR PARK *8

Please choose your own level of racecourse tickets (to be booked independently via the Ascot Website). Please be aware that many areas of Ascot have a strict dress code (part of what makes it such a special event).
