Next Pub Night: Wednesday, August 16th

Now assuming you are all like Brian McKenna, you are having a tough time sleeping every night, as you lay there thinking about the potential that our upcoming season holds.  Whether it's visions of Brady Quinn in the Heisman pose, Samardzjia laid out in the End zone for a diving touch down, or Charlie Weis in a pair of Speedos, you just can't get the team off your mind!  Now don't fret if this describes your sleepless nights.  Despite what your British co-workers try to tell you, this isn't abnormal, nor are you alone!  Also, let us not forget that they find Cricket entertaining...

So, after that rather exhausting and not entirely pertinent opening paragraph the details for our August pub night are as follows:

Date:  Wednesday Aug. 16, 2006
Time:  Any time after 6:45
Pub:  The Jerusalem Tavern (5 Pinter!)
Location:  This is in the greater Farringdon Area, tube stations being Farringdon or Barbican.  Check out www.fancyapint.com for the map, etc.

Next Pub Night...

Will be Wednesday, July 19th. Stay tuned for details. If you're not already on our mailing list, please contact the Club Leadership and we'll add you, just in case we don't update the site in time!

Pub Night: March 15

In the event that you haven't looked at your Microsoft Outlook recently, we have quickly come upon yet another 3rd Wednesday of the month...time flies in these parts it seems.  Consequently, it is time for our semi-bi-monthly pub night.  For those who haven't been to one yet because it is too far from Canary Wharf and not on your way home, this one's for you!  We will be having our drinks at the King's Arms, located near both the Southwark and Waterloo Underground Stations.  As per usual check out www.fancyapint.com to get directions.  Brian McKenna will shoot to get there around 6:30, and will sport some sort of ND paraphernalia. The turnout has been increasing, and we are getting to some pretty cool pubs!
